Best little glue scraper in the shop.

Easy to grip and good to get in those tight corners and edges. Great for knocking down a high spot along the glue seam as well. Very sharp

Nifty Little Scraper

In a 100-year-old house under restoration there is always room for a handy tool like this. I've used it to scrape glue, yes, but also used it for scraping paint where nothing else would reach. Each blade is four sided and it comes with an extra, so I'm expecting it to last a long time. Great product.

Excellent for cleaning up glue squeeze out

I am an avid woodworker and have been using a basic triangle scraper for when I glue together boards and get glue squeeze out in the corners. This is a game changer. It fit in your hand perfectly. Comes with a four sided carbide straight blade and a slightly rounded blade. The second blade is stored under the brass cap screwed into the handle. Easy to change the blades. There isn't anything I don't love about this. I hesitated on getting it at $34 as that seemed a lot for a scraper but I have to admit this is one quality scraper. Note this is for small scraping needs while woodworking. Or if you need to get into detailed spots. I would absolutely order this again..

Excellent tool for woodworkers

Very rarely does a new tool come into the land of woodworking, here we have something I can truly say Ive never seen before. We all know what a pain it is to scrape dried glue from a panel glueup. Now here's a new tool to help with that chore. All aluminum body for strength means no flex., and using standard carbide cutters most of us have on hand. Easily removes residue quickly and cleanly. Onboard storage for extra cutters.

Goodbye glue squeeze out!

As a shop teacher, I am constantly explaining that it's almost impossible to use too much glue, and very easy to not use enough. So, we get a lot of squeeze out, which is fine. What's not fine is trying to get it off in a clean manner. This thing comes through in spades though. A quick, light pull, and the glue is gone. It does take some practice to get the "touch" right, so you're not gouging the wood. Nice and light, and that glue is gone! Even better is the fact that the head can be rotated, so one blade gives you four different sides. Great tool for any woodworker.

Miniature hand plane

This is a minature hand planer for getting into those small places such as corners and even the checkering on an old gun stock. It has a four corner blade. The blade can be loosened and turned so you can change which corner you want to use. The bit is made of high carbon steel, the handle seems to be of aluminum. It fits well in my hand, has a little bit of heft to it. Fits my hand good. A quality made tool for finish woodworking or for scraping paint in those hard to reach areas. Also has a spare blade on the handle along with a spare **** to hold the blade in place, If you work on older homes, this is a very handy tool to have.

Good in the hand

The size and contour of the handle fits well in the hand. The angle and length of the neck naturally puts your thumb right behind the head of the blade makes putting good pressure right where it's needed a breeze. The four sided indexable blade and included spare blade ensures a sharp edge or a long time.

Cool idea

I build small shelving units with 2x2 frames and sometimes end up with glue squeeze out in the corners. This did a great job of removing the dried glue in tight corners.

Best addition if

You have a pile of cheap carbides it can fit, younwork a lot with small areas that are hard to reach with larger cutting edges and overall just a great addition to the collection of carbide scrapper or glue scraping tools I have.

There is no end to the list of usability here.

Look, there is a small rust spot on my starret and now it is cleanly and flatly removed

Additional tips can fit

No complains what so ever

Easy to hold for long periods of time

Useful with barrel floating

Buy it! Its great and adds to my Bahco collection

Comfortable to hold and very effective

This glue scraper is well thought out and very effective in what it does. The replaceable, standard sized carbide inserts are easily installed or removed with the included standard t-drive key. The insert is kept from rotating by an easily removed **** on cam, with another **** in insert in the handle to hold a spare carbide insert. A flat and mild radius carbide insert are included.

The handle is very comfortable, fitting well into my hand (size XL gloves) and shaped to allow a lot of pressure to be applied both down and back if needed. The sharpness of the carbide however helps reduce the amount of pressure that you actually need to apply, requiring far less than steel scrapers.

Because the cutters are sharp and easily replaceable, the yanking and rough pulling of a hss scraper is avoided - minimizing accidental tear out of gouging. The inserts are narrow enough to get into tighter corners, while still allowing single pass cleanup of all but the messiest of glue jobs.

Great scraper.

Perfect for Removing Glue Squeeze Out

Just had to share my thoughts on the HONGDUI 2 in 1 Mini Wood Carbide Scraper. If you've ever wrestled with stubborn glue or tried to finesse a tight corner with those awkward regular scrapers or sandpaper, you know exactly what I mean. This little gem fits perfectly in hand lightweight and super comfortable. I can work for hours without my grip cramping up, which is a small victory in itself.

What blew me away was the innovative design. No more messing around with sharpening blades like a mad scientist. With four blade sizes that you can rotate or swap out, the setup feels like it was designed by someone who actually gets the struggles of woodworking. And let's not forget the thoughtful perks and the hidden storage in the handle for screws and extra inserts? Genius! No more rummaging through drawers trying to find what you need. Seriously, it's like they read my mind.

If you're a woodworking enthusiast or just someone who needs a reliable tool for those pesky glue messes, this scraper is a must. It is not just handy; it's a game-changer. I was able to tackle tight spots I used to ignore, and the finish quality is something I am proud to show off. Honestly, if you care about your craft, this tool should be part of your kit.

Beautiful scraper for those hard to reach corners

I have made a couple of DIY scrapers, a couple of them using wood sticks with shaped ends and another using a block plane blade mounted on the underside of a block of wood. The sticks work but they don't last very long and it's difficult to get a sharp edge on them and maintain that edge. I was thinking about making tips for them using aluminum sheet materials and filing them but I when I saw this I went for it. It will save me a ton of time from making my own.

The handle is very comfortable and it's easy to get into tight places. I make a lot of small boxes (jewelry, music box etc) as well as mitered picture frames and I always have tight corners with glue squeeze out. Until now, this took a bit effort to clean and you can never get it all out and any residual glue messes up any staining you do. With this scraper, you really can get it all out and even scrape the surface a little to get most of the residue out.

You get a blade with 4 edges and even a spare blade, I this will last a very long time. Even I manage to damage the blades, these blades are available for very reasonable prices online.

Nice little scraper

No argument that this is a nice scraper. Everything made by Hongdui is incredibly nice. Its comfortable in hand, ergonomic to use, and comes with a backup blade on its body. Its really just a question of whether or not this is worth $35. You can buy a Bahco scraper of the same type for $20. I cant say whether one will outlast the other. It really comes down to whether or not you want a Hongdui. If the aesthetic is more important than the price, then I suspect youll be very happy. If the price is more important, you can probably do better.

Either way, it is a nice, if limited, scraper. Great for corners. Not great for anything else.

I took off a star for the price. There is nothing otherwise wrong with it.

Great tool to add into the glue up kit

Great at getting glue off and there are a number of other sides (both curved and straight) for scraping... It fits well in the hand and a pleasure to use.
