All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Note1: If you see multiple shipping options or charges at checkout, your items are being fulfilled from different warehouses. Shipping cost and delivery time may depend on item availability and warehouse location.
Note2: For orders shipped via Express Shipping, your tracking number will usually be available on the second business day. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your order.

When items are in stock at our US warehouse, orders are shipping via Express Shipping(estimated delivery within 3-5 business days).

We currently do not ship to the following areas:
Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palu, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.
