HONGDUI XD02 Compression Flush Trim Router Bit
Traditional straight or upcut router bits lift wood fibers upward, inevitably tearing and chipping the delicate veneer on the top surface of your material. The HONGDUI XD03 reengineers workshop rotary milling from the ground up, utilizing an advanced downcut shear alignment of indexable carbide inserts. By pushing the grain fibers firmly downward during high-speed rotation, it shears the wood clean right at the baseline. No grain liftoff, no fuzzy edges—just perfectly crisp, dead-flat surface lines on every single pass.
Unique compound spiral design: The compound spiral cutting method cuts from both sides of the workpiece surface to the middle, leaving extremely smooth edges on both the upper and lower surfaces of the workpiece. The spiral design greatly reduces cutting noise. Compared with traditional straight-edge tools, its operating noise can be reduced by about 70%, reducing noise interference to the surrounding environment.
