Thank you for choosing HONGDUI. We take pride in the craftsmanship and precision of our tools. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Condition Requirements for Returns
To ensure a successful return, please note:
Original Packaging: The item must be in its original HONGDUI packaging, including all internal foam, protective inserts, manuals, and accessories.
No Signs of Use: As our tools are precision instruments, items with scratches, sawdust, or signs of mounting/usage cannot be accepted for a full refund as they cannot be resold as new.
Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or receipt with your return request.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, HONGDUI will cover the return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid label or a full replacement.
Change of Mind: For returns due to personal preference (e.g., "ordered by mistake" or "no longer needed"), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Note: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
Timeline: You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Customed products like miter bar.
Consumable parts (e.g., replacement carbide cutters, drill bits) once the sealed packaging is opened.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
