HONGDUI HD30 MFT Bench Dogs
Comprehensive Variety: This set typically includes multiple sizes (Short, Medium, and Long dogs) to accommodate different workpiece thicknesses and clamping requirements.
Precision 20mm Tolerance: Machined with extreme precision to ensure a "snug-fit" in standard 20mm dog holes, providing a rock-solid, zero-play reference for layout and cutting.
Low-Profile "Pancake" Dogs: Includes ultra-low profile stops that allow you to sand or plane workpieces as thin as 6mm without the dog interfering with the tool.
Integrated O-Ring Design: Many dogs in the set feature high-quality rubber O-rings on the post, ensuring they stay securely in the dog hole even if the table is tilted or if the holes have slightly worn over time.
Square Shoulder Reference: Features a perfectly flat, square shoulder that provides a reliable vertical face for registering your workpiece or squaring up large panels.

About HD30 Series
Upgrade Your MFT Table Setup
Traditional workshop dogs wobble in the hole, deflect under clamping pressure, and compromise your final joinery. The HONGDUI HD30 is designed to eliminate those microscopic errors. By combining a rigid mechanical profile with zero-tolerance sizing, it turns a simple bench peg into an elite-level reference pillar. It delivers massive resistance against lateral deflection, maintaining an ultra-precise fit across your entire workbench matrix. Stop fighting inconsistent table tolerances—integrate the HD30 into your workflow and feel the difference of smooth, repeatable alignment.

FAQ
Check out the most common questions our customers asked.
Do these bench dogs wobble or have 'slop' inside standard 20mm holes?
No. Traditional solid bench dogs often have a tiny bit of play to allow easy removal, which can compromise sub-millimeter cutting accuracy. The HD30 system solves this by using a knurled, expandable inner brace mechanism inside the sleeve. When you tighten the top-mounted collar, the lower section flares out inside the dog hole, firmly fixing it in place with zero wiggle, even under heavy clamping pressure.
What size table holes do they fit?
They are precisely machined for standard 20mm multi-function table (MFT) hole grids (such as Festool MFT/3 or UJK Parf Guide systems).
What is the difference between the various heights (12mm to 60mm) in the set?
The shorter heights (12mm and 24mm) function as low-profile stops, allowing you to sand or plane thin wood blanks without your tool hitting the metal dog. The taller variations (30mm, 40mm, and 50mm) are designed for registering thicker stock, mounting custom fences, or supporting guide rail adapters.
How does the special 60mm 'Super Bench Dog' work?
The 60mm variant features a reversible design. It acts as a heavy-duty anchor point that can be flipped over depending on the clamping configuration, offering a versatile range of 0–18mm for specialized material holding, whereas the smaller models handle a 0–28mm adjustment range via their interchangeable spacer rings.
Will these scratch or mar my fine hardwood workpieces?
While the core bodies are precision CNC-machined from anodized aluminum alloy and stainless steel for durability, they come equipped with integrated rubber cushion rings. These friction rings prevent metal-on-metal or metal-on-wood contact, protecting your workpiece edges from marring while simultaneously increasing grip.
Can I remove them quickly, or do I need a wrench every time?
They feature a tool-free design. The top-mounted knurled sleeves allow you to lock or loosen the expanding mechanism entirely by hand in under 5 seconds, avoiding the need for dedicated Allen keys or wrenches during a busy workflow.
